Charlotte Cohen

Charlotte started working in conveyancing 2006 and became conveyancer in 2012.

Charlotte mainly deals with freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and unregistered properties including first registrations.  She spent a lot of her career specialising in newbuild properties and working for clients purchasing from both national and smaller developers.

She believes a personal approach really helps clients move through what can at times, be a challenging transaction and prides herself on the service my clients receive.  She has excellent relationships with local estate agents, solicitors and other professionals involved.
