Child Law Legal Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and detail-orientated Legal Assistant to join our Child Law team dealing with mainly public law cases.  The successful candidate will be passionate about a support role, be professional and confident, familiar liaising with directors and always being one step ahead with 'plan B'.

You will provide comprehensive assistant and administrative support service to the department enabling the solicitors to undertake their duties efficiently and effectively.  To meet the demands of this role you will be robust with a can-do attitude.

  • Working to an exceptionally high standard in what can be a time pressured environment maintaining the highest level of accuracy throughout
  • Responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the solicitor’s day to day activities.
  • Facilitating the interaction between the solicitors guardian’s, local authorities, barrister’s, court and client’s to identify and resolve day-to-day casework issues.
  • Providing extensive secretarial assistance to team of solicitors and managing day to day administrative duties
  • Preparing a wide range of documentation including correspondence, reports and statements
  • Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure and effective conflict management

Civil Litigation Lawyer

We are seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Solicitor to head up our Dispute Resolution Department.

You will be required to manage an interesting range of civil litigation matters, including property/land disputes, debt recovery, contractual disputes, insolvency proceedings, contentious wills/trusts, County Court/High Court proceedings.

You will be a solicitor with not less than 4 years PQE with a range of civil litigation experience.

Residential Property Lawyer

Residential Property Lawyer required.  The successful candidate will have at least 3 years experience and have worked on all types of residential work including leases, new builds and shared ownership schemes.
