Administration Assistant

We are seeking an administration assistant to work with our property team producing documentation and carrying out general administration.

Previous experience of working in a law firm is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.  Must have a good standard of education especially English, be numerate and literate and have fast and accurate typing skills.  You will be able to remain calm and efficient in a busy office environment. Attention to detail is paramount and excellent spelling and grammar is essential.

Successful candidates will be personable, articulate, and enjoy working both in an individual role and as an integral part of the office team.

 

Property Paralegal

We are seeking a Paralegal to join our property team at our Maldon office.

The ideal candidate will understand the conveyancing process from start to finish, including:

  • Comfortable speaking to new clients, taking instructions, opening files
  • Obtaining title documents, preparing and issuing contract packs on sale
  • Dealing with pre-contract enquiries (desirable but not essential)
  • Prepare bills and completion statements on both sale and purchase.
  • Experience dealing with completions and post competition works to include serving notices on leasehold properties
