Bronwyn joined Brights Solicitors in 2013 starting as a secretary and as of April 2026 is now Associate Director and Head of Residential Property.

Bronwyn has a very wide range of experience of residential property experience from dealing with general residential sales and purchases to dealing with development plot sales.

She is a highly respected member of the team and has excellent working relationships with local professionals and clients alike.

I recently used Brights for the purchase of a home after they came recommended by the estate agent Zoe Napier. I found them to be efficient and very courteous when dealing with them in person (their Danbury office). I dealt with Bronwyn who was always available if I needed to discuss anything (something I found to be an issue at other solicitors used in the past) and she was extremely helpful in guiding me through some of the more complex issues that arose during the process. I also liked the "fixed charge" approach which meant that from the outset, I knew what my costs would be i.e. no hidden charges! All in all, very satisfied and I would use them again.
